Frame Guarantee

  • WMO will repair or replace your DESIGNER frame due to manufacturer’s defects at no cost within two years of the original purchase date.

  • WMO will repair or replace your VALUE frame due to manufacturer’s defects at no cost within one year of the original purchase date.

  • This is a one-time replacement guarantee per part.

  • If parts are no longer available due to discontinuance by the manufacturer, we will replace your product of like kind and quality compared to the original product within one or two years of the original purchase date.

  • Repairs include replacement of nose pads, temple tips, screws, and re-stringing rimless frames within one or two years of the original purchase date.

**Safety frames**

  • WMO will repair or replace your frame due to manufacturer’s defects at no cost within one year of the original purchase date.

  • This is a one-time replacement guarantee.

  • If parts are no longer available due to discontinuance by the manufacturer, we will replace your product of like kind and quality that conforms to the factory specifications of the original product within one year of the original purchase date.

Lens Guarantee

  • WMO will replace your fully coated prescription lenses due to manufacturer’s defects at no cost within two years of the original purchase date.

  • This is a one-time replacement guarantee per lens.

  • The prescription must be the same as the original prescription lenses, including the same lens material and coatings.

Eyewear Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Within 60 days of the purchase date, prescription lenses may be exchanged due to non-adaptation.

  • No credit will be given for lenses of lower value.

  • You will be charged the difference for the purchase of higher value lenses.

What is not covered in the frame and lens guarantees

  • Damage due to wear and tear of everyday use.

  • Sudden force or impact.

  • Accidental damage (human or animal).

  • Loss of frame and/or lens(es).

  • Introduction of foreign objects into the product; unauthorized product modifications or alterations.

  • Failure to follow the manufacturer’s clean and care instructions.

  • Third party actions (fire, collision, vandalism, theft, etc).

  • Repair or replacement of eyewear due to outgrowth of eyewear or change in optical prescription beyond the 60-day non-adaptation period.

Lifetime Service

  • WMO provides complimentary alignment, adjustment and cleaning of your eyeglasses and sunglasses for as long as you own your WMO purchased eyewear.

Prescription Eyewear Refund Policy

  • WMO’s commitment to quality ensures that your prescription eyewear is specifically designed and created to meet your unique personal needs. We cannot, therefore, offer refunds once full payment has been received.

  • Bring in your empty cleaner bottle that you receive with your glasses to receive 3 free refills.
